Hi Shopify Support Team,
I am reporting a technical issue regarding a collaborator request for the store: **fbxukp-f6.myshopify.com**.
Here is the situation: 1. The merchant initially declined my first request. 2. Following that, the merchant generated a new **Collaborator Request Code** and provided it to me. 3. When I attempt to send a new request using the updated code, I immediately receive the error shown in the attached screenshot: "Your collaborator request was declined by the merchant."
The merchant has confirmed they are NOT manually declining this new request; the system seems to be automatically blocking it based on the previous decline. We have already tried clearing browser caches and retrying, but the error persists.
Could you please reset the request status for this store on my Partner account so I can successfully use the new access code?
