In the Dev Dashboard > App > Settings page there is a place to update the app icon. We’ve been trying to update this but after uploading the file we see a success toast and no change.
Multiple of our team members have tried uploading a new icon which meets the specifications listed, same result.
We have successfully updated the App Store listing icon separately in the Partner Dashboard distribution settings, but are stuck on the actual app icon.
I nearly missed this in Brett’s post so I wanted to highlight, the success toast is shown, but it’s actually failing to update.
Before I can look into this, can you confirm is this happening to multiple apps or a specific app? Are they public or custom?
@Paige-Shopify this is happening on our public app, I don’t currently have a way to check if it’s also occurring on any other apps

EDIT: the fix in the process of rolling out, and may take some time to populate fully.
