I have 2 factor authentication on by using Google authenticator app but I have lost access to my ID. Now I want to change the authenticator app but it is asking me to first enter the Code from previous authenticator app and there is no other option to verify it. In this cas ehow do I change the authenticator app and add a new one.

If you’ve lost your old ID and don’t have your two factor recovery codes for the login, there are ways we can help with that, but you would need to reach out to our team directly through help.shopify.com due to us requiring some protected/private info in order to verify your identity.
I can’t guarantee any outcomes, but this would be the best place to get help with account recovery - hope this helps!
Well after 24 hours, it gave me an option to delete the 2FA using my passkey and I was able to add another 2FA app to it.
