I am trying to add 2FA to my shopify partner account because it is required to login to clients store. when i verify it through code, it again keeps asking for verification. can someone help?
Have you tried clearing the browser cache, and sessions?
I think a while back I had that issue and that sorted things out for me
Hey @Syed_Sharjeel_Ali_Ha, That looping behavior when trying to set up 2FA is definitely frustrating, sorry you’re dealing with that. @JSMcAvady’s suggestion about clearing your browser cache and sessions is a great first step, have you had a chance to try that yet? If so (or if it didn’t help), I’d also recommend trying an incognito/private browsing window or a completely different browser, and making sure any privacy-focused extensions are disabled. Sometimes those can interfere with the session state during 2FA enrollment.
If none of the above works, I’d suggest reaching out to Shopify Partner Support directly through the Help Center so they can look into your specific account. Hope this helps a bit.
