I have updated the the GraphQL version to the last version two days ago and it seems that the warning in my dev admin is not going away. Is there something else I need to do to be sure my application is not in danger to be pull out from the store?

This warning appears when a deprecated API call has been detected in the last 30 days. It will disappear when no deprecated calls are detected in the previous 30 days. If you’ve updated your app and it’s not currently making deprecated calls then this should not cause issues with app store visibility.
