Follow-Up on App Review Status for "WhatsVideos"

We submitted our app “WhatsVideos” to the Shopify App Store on July 4th, 2025, and it is currently showing the status as “In Reviewed” As it has been over 10 days since submission, we wanted to kindly follow up regarding the progress of the review.

Could you please provide an update on the status of our app review? We are eager to move forward and ensure that any requirements or feedback from your side are addressed promptly.

We understand the review process can take some time, but we would appreciate any guidance on estimated timelines or next steps to help us prepare accordingly.

Our app store review team are working through submissions as quickly as possible and we’re aware there’s a longer than usual wait time currently. For now, there’s nothing you need to action on - appreciate your patience on this.

It sounds like the app review team may have emailed you - can you check that you have gotten an email, if not you should reach out to Shopify Support directly to either update your email address or have the email resent.
