Hey @gigiz_lilbratztrendz! You can create a dev store straight from the Dev Dashboard as outlined in these Development Store docs.
Log in, select Stores from the left sidebar, select Create store, enter a name, pick a plan, and select Create store. You’ll be set as the store owner automatically.
You need a Shopify Partner account or a merchant staff account with developer permissions, plus permission to create dev stores in your organization. If you don’t have a Partner account yet, you can create one free at dev.shopify.com/dashboard.
