To be clear, this is the default VIEW ORDER page in the new Customer Account Portal.
Hey @Wil_Bunge, this will be coming as a feature in the Shopify Admin soon. In the meantime, you can reach out to Shopify Support and ask them to hide this button for you.

This is duplicated post of Disable “Buy Again” in New Customer Accounts
I tried reaching out to support, and they insisted that this is something that can only be edited by a Shopify Partner. I can’t find anything in Shopify’s documentation that a partner would use to edit or remove this button.
Do you have any suggestions on how we could get support to help us remove this button?

Any help to get this button disabled would be super appreciated! Every week, we have customers who click it and lose all the line item properties associated with the order, which creates a ton of manual work for us.
Hi @aschweng72 - I checked the ticket and removed the Buy again button for you on the shop specified in the ticket. Will follow up with Support leads to understand why this advisor gave you wrong information.

Merchants can now disable the buy again button on the Order status page and orders page.
We’ve heard from many merchants who needed this functionality, particularly those selling products with fixed quantities (like limited product drops) that cannot be repurchased again, or those selling products with line item properties that aren’t currently supported by the buy again functionality.
Brilliant opportunity for this community to support niche buy again flows that require special handling of line item properties, custom product configurations, or specialized reordering experiences.
