This week I created a dev store, but when trying to setup payouts I need to enter bank details. Are there any test details which I can use to simulate different scenarios? - I’m happy to generate orders so I then have payouts, but do I really need to enter actual bank details into a development environment?
I have tried a few times only to have the “Shopify Merchant Trust Team” terminate my dev store? I would have figured that that kind of thing would have been relaxed for development environments?
I’m afraid that this is not possible with Development Stores, as Payouts are generated specifically for live Shopify Payment transactions, as confirmed by @Liam-Shopify here:

I’m creating a finance platform for small e-commerce firms. One of our desired features would be to pull complete payout data from Shopify so we can help our customers get a full picture of their cashflow and overall financials in one place. We also want to help them with accurately and quickly reconcile the various amounts involved in payouts (fees, refunds etc)
Hence the desire to access payout data in development.
