Hello — I’m a Shopify Partner and I can’t complete payout setup because I never received the Hyperwallet activation link or get redirected to add my bank details.
What happens:
• I fill the Hyperwallet form in Settings → Payouts and click Submit.
• I received a Shopify confirmation email (“The Hyperwallet account information for Ola was changed”), but no Hyperwallet activation email and no redirect to add bank details.
• I’ve tried clearing cache, Incognito, different browsers/devices, and re-submitting.
Partner ID: 3230237
Country: Nigeria
Screenshots attached (redacted). Can a Shopify staff member please confirm whether a Hyperwallet account exists for my Partner ID and resend the activation email,
or manually trigger account creation? Thank you.

Hey @Oladeji_Rasheed, thanks for reporting this here.
Currently we are unable to troubleshoot specific set up issues in the community as that will require a closer look in to your partner account. In this case, I would recommend reaching out through the help center so our support team can look in to your account specifically to see why you’re not getting that activation email.
Actually, I have tried the Shopify Support centre too. But after responding to just two of my messages, it couldn’t go on with rest again. It was just displaying “Working on it” and “Reading your documentation” or something like that. That’s why I brought it to the community if someone could help me from their past experience.

The Help center does use an AI agent to answer some of the common questions. You can ask it to talk to a human support agent and that should help.
For security and privacy reasons we can’t look in to partner payout settings here publicly.
