Payouts via Hyper Wallet

Hello,
I have been using Shopify Partner Program for a while now, but I havent been able to get the payout transfered successfully to my account, I dont know why but every time the Hyper Wallet shows issue even after taking upto 10 to 12 days showing your payouts are being transferred. They usually send in an email saying,

Payouts for X are on hold

Your financial account could not receive your payouts. To continue receiving payouts, update your payout method and make sure your payout information is correct.

For questions related to payouts your best option will be to contact Shopify Support directly - they’ll be able to investigate on our side to see if there’s anything on Shopify’s side to indicate why you’re experiencing this.
