Problem With payouts

I’m having an issue with a payout. A payout of $90.15 USD was marked as sent on January 8, 2026 via wire transfer (USD account), but I only received $70.15 USD.

This is the first time I’ve encountered this issue. I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that the amount they received was $70.15 USD, not $90.15 USD.

Could you please help me investigate why there is a discrepancy between the sent amount and the received amount?

Did you export the payout CSV from the Shopify dashboard? That will include the fees on each line item.

If the Payout CSV export that @Dylan mentioned does not explain the discrepancy seen with the line item fees, I would suggest reaching out to Shopify Support directly via the Shopify Help Center, while logged into the affected Partner Account, this way we can help look into this further and discuss the payouts with you in an fully authenticated support interaction.

Yes, I’ve already contacted Shopify Support through the Help Center while logged into the affected Partner account. They’ve reviewed the case and I’m currently waiting for the final response from their side. Thank you for the guidance.
