Issue with Access Request

Hi, I’m having trouble sending a request to access this store.
Here’s the store I’m trying to send the invitation to: https://www.officehuman.ro

It looks like the issue might be that my email is already associated with an existing user account on the store. Could you help me resolve this?

Can you share the specific issue that occurred?

you could ask for the store owner or stuff to help you to check your account status

Just check with partner support, they should be able to help you.

This would imply that your account is already on there as a Staff User, it cannot be both a staff and collaborator. Ask the store owner to remove your account and then re-request access
