Error requesting collaborator access


I requested access then removed myself to re-request access and now am receiving this error. Cannot find where to fully update as the partner and the owner on my account can’t find the error.

As the error says, your store account’s email is the same as your partner business email.
You will need to update store account’s email and re-request access.

Where do I find that? I can’t update the store account email since the store doesn’t belong to me and they can’t find to remove my email.

They can remove you from Staff on Users and permissions page.
