Has anyone else found that Partner Support is practically useless nowadays?
We have been working with Shopify for a little over 10 years now, and back in the earlier years we used to even have a dedicated partner support agent that we could speak to.
Now, we are forced through a funnel of options where we finally land in a chat with a person who basically just tells you they can’t help you, and tries to tell you that you didn’t follow the right process to get through to partner support and that you have instead ended up in the general support.
For the last few years (I am not exaggerating at all here) I have probably had to spend the first 30-60mins of every support chat just trying to convince the agent that I did indeed follow the links through to Partner Support from our Partner Dashboard and that there is no other way.
Once I’ve finally convinced them to help me, the actual help I get is practically useless.
Has anyone else’s experience been like this lately? What can we do about it?
