Had a business owner call today who had their shopify store set up by a bit of a cowboy web dev. He made the account and shopify site and retained the access info.
He is no longer reachable and the business owner needs to gain access to the account - is there a way to raise this with shopify? their web support is determined to make you choose the account your having trouble with but i can not sleect it as we dont have the credentials
