Resource links in richtext settings are not translated

Short description of issue

Resource (like collection or product) link/handle in a richtext setting is not translated

Reproduction steps

1. Add a translation for the handle of a product/collection
2. Link to the product/colelction in a richtext setting within the theme.
3. Browse to the translated language in the storefront
4. Inspect the DOM, or hover over the link to see the link in the bottom-left corner of the browser.
5. Notice that the original non-translated handle is shown/used, instead of the translated handle.

Additional info

When clicking on the link, you get directed to the correct (translated) url.
For SEO the non-translated handles in the DOM is an issue.
