We resubmitted the app 5 days ago after addressing the review comments from the first round of review.
Can someone please help us know, if the resubmitted app goes back to the same queue or second round of reviews have a different queue ? First round of review came after 6 weeks and waiting other 6 can be a lot to wait. Can someone please help us with rough timeline for resubmitted apps. This will help us plan better.

Hey, I don’t speak for the Shopify team, but from my experience there are two results from the first round:
1.) Only small tweaks are needed.
2.) Larger changes are need/medium+ sized problems were found
The response from fixing (1) should be very quick in my experience, although I know the team is still under a lot of pressure. I believe you should be able to respond directly to the email in this case.
The response from (2) will likely be longer - but I’m not sure if these re-submmisions go into a separate queue to regular ones, or not.
I’d really recommend giving the app a really thorough test yourself, and go through the requirements with a fine toothcomb before the re-review. Ideally you get through to (1).

Our app only provides the fix starting from 30/4/2026, and it is currently under review today. Since I have already submitted the fixes for our case, the reviewer is likely to pick it up faster than a new submission.
There are a large number of apps submitted for review right now, so I don’t expect the review to be completed quickly.
Yes, we, like you, waited anxiously for six weeks. Because there was no explanation regarding the payment-related page redirection issue, we resubmitted for review, but found no problems.
