There are a few customer email notifications that have an on/off toggle. If one is toggled off and I try to send a test email, it says it sent successfully, but I never receive it. Works fine if the notification is toggled on.
I wasn’t sure where else to post this. Seems like a bug.
Thanks for flagging Gina - could indeed be a bug with Discourse, I’ll investigate on my side.
@Liam-Shopify Sorry, this is an issue in the Shopify admin, not this forum. I was trying to test the Shipping “Delivered” email, and the test email wouldn’t send if it wasn’t toggled on.
My apologies - I’ll check if this is expected behaviour.
