Subject: Built for Shopify Install Count Not Updating for AI Speed Optimizer
Hello Shopify Partner Support Team,
I hope you are doing well. I am reaching out regarding my app’s install count. In my Partner Dashboard, the app currently shows 113 installs, but in the Built for Shopify criteria tracking, the app does not reflect the 50 installs milestone and therefore has not received the corresponding eligibility progress/badge.
Could you please review this discrepancy and advise why the install count shown in the Partner Dashboard is not being recognized towards the Built for Shopify requirements? If any additional steps or verification is needed from my side, please let me know.

Thanks for providing this info - what could be happening here is that you’re seeing installs for apps on free plans but Built for Shopify criteria only counts net installs from active shops on paid plans. Is it possible that the app is installed on stores which are either developer stores, non-active stores, or free-plan stores? Once the app is installed on 50 active shops on paid plans you should see this criteria as passed on your dashboard.
And Also Liam, Can You guide me the process of posting a review in shopify app store. Our Clients give reviews but it wont show up on Shopify App Store. Can you guide me the whole Process to let me know why our reiews are not showing
If the reviews are from stores which are not on paid plans, the reviews will not be publicly published. Once the store do move to a paid plan, the reviews will appear.
I am facing an issue for my apps, like the installs and reviews are not showing, our clients are giving us reviews and installs, but its not showing up in my partner, what can be the issue here, Or if you can guide me with proper npolicies that is very well of You.
And All our client shops are on Paid plans of Shopify
