We received a report from a merchant that even though our POS extension is disabled in the Shopify POS settings in Shopify Admin, it’s still accessible from the context menu in the Shopify POS app.
Has anyone else seen this behavior or knows if this is expected?
Had the merchant ensured its synced? They can do it in the connectivity settings on POS. These things can take a bit of time to sync through depending on device / signal strength
We are also receiving several messages from customers that all of our post-purchase extensions are visible despite customers only adding one.

Hey folks - thanks for flagging this. I can confirm that this bug will be resolved in an upcoming POS version. I’ll update here once that’s available.
