POS no longer respecting settings for showing/hiding extensions

Recently we have had reports from our users that all the POS extensions for our app showing up despite them not being added on Shopify POS.

In admin, under Sales Channel > Settings > POS Apps, our users were able to select which of the app extension to add until a few weeks ago.

Here is an example of the setting:

Despite NOT adding to additional areas, all our extensions show up in POS. Our users are confused and complaining about the behavior as it affects their work flow. I can confirm this happens in Android and iOS.

Please let us know how we can mitigate this issue or when this will be fixed.

Thanks for flagging this - I can confirm this is a bug on our side and a fix will be available asap.
