Shopify Review Team wrongly Testing and Suspending App Submission twice

I am developing a backup app and submitted it to shopify for review. Last two times consecutively, shopify review team is testing the app wrongly.Last to last time review team did not select the mode of restore with create option (as clearly shown in options) and suspended app saying its not creating what was deleted. So i made create option in restore by default and after two weeks of suspension when again app is submitted this time they did not select the Page restore option (clearly visible in screencast video shared by them) and they showed that page is not getting restored and suspended app submission for 1 month. Another reason written is "Include functional test credentials" which is again wrong as it has been in form always.Why i should be punished so severely for mistake of testing team? There is no appeal for incorrect testing at all. Plz look into the matter asap, thanx.

Hey @Psingh, I definitely get why this would be frustrating—thanks for reaching out. We can’t verify the submission or review history from the forums, but the submission includes an App testing information section for detailed testing instructions, working test-account credentials, and a step-by-step screencast.

Since the submission is suspended, the Partner Dashboard should give you an option to ask a question against the review feedback when you resubmit.

If that option isn’t available, contact Partner Support with the same information. They can review it privately and advise on the appropriate next steps

Hey Alan , thanx for the response . I have contacted chat support and they have forwarded the issue to the review team. I hope they will lift this unjust suspension soon.Will check the feedback section during resubmit as you have suggested. Thanx again.
