I have a store and if the owner account or me with the collaborator access request opens the Shopify / settings / Shipping and delivery / General profiles sections I receive this status 500 error page.
I see also in the browser’s console this:
ApolloError: Internal error. Looks like something went wrong on our end.
Request ID: e0584610-4cab-4a65-b3bf-baf253d4789e-1769098153 (include this in support requests).
The store has allready one CCS (live shipping rates) and if we activate our application’s shipping rate this error page comes in the Shopify menu.
We’re having the same issue on a number of non-production stores. We’ve opened a ticket with Plus support and have been advised this is a platform issue they’re working to resolve. It’s been over 24 hours at this point, and there are cascading impacts we’re experiencing related to this as well:
422 Error on Add to Cart
Error in Checkout Editor on Payment Page
This issue only presents itself when a shipping app is installed. ShipX, Calcurates, etc.
If you leave the app installed, you can remediate the 422 error and checkout editor error, by enabling pickup from the location - so there is a fulfillment method, at least to unblock you temporarily.
Incase anyone from Shopify wants to look into this further, please reference these tickets:
