So there was an update to the Shopify Terminal that seemed to cater to my request of making “I don’t want a receipt” option into a button to match the visual style of the other options. They actually made it happen…BUT…now that button is hidden off-screen and customers have to scroll to see the button. Customers are not used to scrolling on a card terminal. Please make buttons smaller so they all fit screen without having to scroll, or move “No Receipt” button to the top.
Hey @Bijan_Soularie - thanks for flagging this. Just confirming, is this related to a POS UI extension you’re developing, or is this general feedback about the standard receipt-selection screen on Shopify POS Terminal?
This forum is mainly for developers working with Shopify’s APIs and developer tools, so I just want to make sure I’m understanding the context correctly. Either way, I’m happy to pass the feedback along. I definitely get that customers might not expect to scroll on a card terminal to find the “No receipt” option.
