Hey @James_Njuguna
The store going into frozen/inactive state after ownership transfer is actually the expected behavior. Once you transfer ownership, your client becomes the store owner and needs to select a plan to activate the store.
Since it looks like your client can’t access the store either, our support team can help get the store back to your partner account so you can fix any possible issues and attempt another transfer.
Just for an example of when I’ve seen similar issues, I’ve seen where email addresses were entered incorrectly during transfer, preventing the new owner from signing in to select their plan.
A helpful practice is to set up your clients with staff accounts while the store is still in development. This way, you can confirm they can access the store before transferring ownership, making the transition much smoother when they need to select their plan.
Thank you very Much @KyleG-Shopify Yes thats exactly the case. The ticket Number is ticket: 56628964 and 56701255. I am really grateful and appreciate your assistance to get this sorted and restore the store. let me know if you require any more information from me
