Stores granted access not showing in store list, can't send new requests either

Anyone else experiencing this right now?

We’re getting store access granted by merchants but the stores aren’t appearing in our partner dashboard store list. On top of that, we can’t send new collaboration requests either.

This started happening recently and it’s affecting our workflow since we need store access to troubleshoot support issues for our apps.

Wanted to check if this is a known issue or if others are seeing the same thing before submitting a support ticket.

Have you ever tried this?

Just search in this box using your client’s myshopify domain.
