It seems our app went directly from page 5 of the Built for Shopify list at https://apps.shopify.com/app-groups/highlights/built-for-shopify to page 11 in just one day - that’s about 100 ranks in total. Its ranking also went down drastically in different app categories, as you can see in this report. We can’t figure out any reason yet, and we haven’t had any notifications or communications about the app status, compliance, or Built for Shopify eligibility also. In terms of our app listing, pricing, features, reviews, or app performance metrics, there was no change in the past week. All of this happened overnight. Any clues regarding the issue will be appreciated.
