Trademark dispute resolved, but no response

Hello,

Earlier this week, we received an email regarding a trademark dispute. We acted immediately, and submitted the reply form. However, we have not received any response or confirmation from legal in three days.

Our app launched at the start of this year and has been installed hundreds of times by Shopify merchants. It has maintained a 5-star rating, brought new stores onto the platform, and continues to support our customers.

I also regularly create Shopify-related content on https://www.youtube.com/@RyanAISEO. I was in the room when Harley F. said Shopify has “the highest care quotient of any large company,” and I genuinely believe that. I care deeply about Shopify and want to keep building on this platform.

It is now the final business day before the stated deadline, and we still have no visibility into whether our app will or will not be taken down on Sunday.

We have complied with the request and submitted the reply form. At this point, we are asking Shopify to confirm that our app will remain live.
