Which permission do I need to edit the customer account UI?

I am trying to help a customer set up their customer account UI, but the permissions I requested aren’t allowing me to do it. I have permission to edit their theme and their store settings. When I get into the Theme Customizer and use the dropdown to go to checkout and customer accounts, it sends me to the store settings page and says I don’t have access. Which permissions do I need to do this?

There is a permission for Checkout and Customer Accounts:

Thanks, Sean, but this menu is different from what is provided on the Partner Dashboard. These options don’t exist there. Do you happen to know how to do it from the dashboard?
