App is not yet in review, unclear timelines

Hey folks,

hope everyone is doing well.

We published an embedded shopify app for review two weeks ago and haven’t receieved any updates since. The app is intended to be unlisted, as it’ll be installed as part of our onboarding flow.

  1. How can I get more information on when my app will get approved?

  2. Is there a way I can expedite the process? Happy to talk through things in more detail privately if that’s helpful.

This is a huge opportunity for our customers. Any help is appreciated :slight_smile:

There is no way to expedite the process, there is most likely a high submission of apps right now so delays are to be expected. Please be patient.
