Iβm reaching out here as our team is currently facing an unusually long delay with our app submission, and we are hoping a moderator or Shopify staff member might be able to help us take a look.
We submitted our app, BestTrack, for review exactly two months ago on February 12th.We recently followed up via our Zendesk ticket (Ticket ID: [ 64691940γοΌ and received a standard reply on March 9th stating that the app is in the queue and being processed on a first-touch basis.
While we completely understand and respect the high volume of submissions the review team handles, a 60-day waiting period without any initial feedback seems outside the normal operational window.
Our development team is on standby and fully prepared to make any necessary adjustments the moment we receive feedback. This extended delay is significantly impacting our product roadmap and the merchants who are waiting to use our solution.
Could a Shopify staff member kindly help us check if there is a technical blocker, or if our submission somehow fell through the cracks? Any guidance or escalation would be deeply appreciated!
