App Review Progress — Urgent Feedback Needed Before Peak Season

Hi Shopify Team,

We submitted our app for review recently. At the beginning, we received initial feedback very quickly within just a few days, which we really appreciated. We made the requested updates and adjustments right away, but since then we haven’t heard back from the review team. We’d like to kindly ask: how long does it usually take to get the next round of feedback after resubmitting changes?

In addition, we currently have several clients who have migrated with us from other e-commerce platforms to Shopify. They are feeling quite anxious since peak season is approaching fast, and without our app being approved, they’re unable to launch ads and scale campaigns.

If there’s anything further we can do to help move the process forward, please let us know as soon as possible. We’d be grateful for any guidance or updates on our app review status.

There’s no specific timeframe and it can depend on current levels of traffic. If you’re still waiting in a few days please tag me and I’ll dig into this more :slight_smile:
