Hello Shopify Team,
I submitted a Sales Channel app for review via the Partner Dashboard on 8/11/2025, and as of today (9/3/2025), it has been well beyond the stated 7–10 business day review estimate, with no updates or communication from the review team.

I’ve attempted to reach support via the Help Center chat multiple times, but the assistant drops the session when attempting to escalate to a live advisor. I was able to get through last week, (8/26/2025) and was told that it was escalated to the review team.
We are heavily dependent on this review for a new feature launch in which at least an estimated response time or status update would help us plan better.
Could anyone from the Shopify team help direct this to the appropriate review team or offer guidance on next steps?
