I uploaded a theme yesterday, it was approved but it needed me to edi the listing info before going live. When I try update it I get the error message “Couldn’t save changes. Try again.“ Trying again didn’t seem to be the answer. I tried a lot of variations.
I have an open ticket - #63220581 Although I’m not sure what’s the most efficient protocol for this type of issue is these days. Any advice? Thanks

Thank you. I think the key piece of information is the preset name was belonging to another theme of ours and it might not see that name as available.
If you search Fleur in the theme store you will see two instances. So something seems to be happening when switching presets to other themes. This was successfully updated but with some residual links
