Hi folks - just to confirm, are you making this submission as the owner of the partner account? Also ensure that one of the theme presets matches the theme name.
Hi Liam. No, I’m not the owner of the partner account, and yes, one theme preset has matched the theme’s name. Does this mean I need to get the account owner to submit now? I have been submitting by this account for several of our themes.
Hi again @Chance_Xotiny - yes, the owner of the partner account will need to submit the theme. Can you ask them to try the same process, and it should submit correctly.
Hi @Liam-Shopify, the account owner has tried publishing to no avail. Whenever the preset has image uploaded, it can’t be saved to publish. We have compressed the images to have the least size as well. Please help.
