We’ve developed an app that creates orders from different marketplaces. I raised a request on 12/12/2024 via the GoogleForm for some additional channels to be added for our app. I haven’t received any feedback from the form, so unsure if it’s been received or if there are any issues with it.
I have spoken to the Support teams and they have said that I should come on the community to seek advice on this. Is it possible to find out how my request via the GoogleForm is progressing?
I am checking my available channels and can see that they haven’t been created yet.
I believe the product team who enables additional channels is currently working through a backlog and may not be back in office after the winter break yet. I would recommend waiting a few days more and if there is no update post here again and I can look into this for you.
