Hello,
I’m really sorry for this stupid question, but I’ve spent 2 hours trying to invite a user to a client transfer store and for the heck of me I can’t find how to do it. I have created a new store and I am trying to give access to a team member. In the past I would just go to the store settings > Users and add the new user, but now I’m facing with this screen of organization users (with names I’ve never heard about and were never part of our organizations), with no button to actually give the user access to this store:
It might be something very stupid as I’ve been getting used to the previous system for over 10 years… but how can I do it now?
Thanks!
To add to this, there are various dev stores that I suddenly no longer have access despite having access to them for years oO.
@bakura10 I think this is related with the Shopify Update.
Shopify just updated the Organization-level role-based access control(RBAC).
Here is the link for this update.
How to invite your team member now
Click Add users (top right of that screen)
Enter their email and assign them a role
Under the role, you’ll see a store scope — this is where you pick which specific store(s) they get access to
Send the invite
Thanks! I’ve been able to do it, it is really, really confusing… However there is a store for which I had access and lost complete access, and for this store I can’t seems to invite myself :/. How should I deal with that?
What type of store is it? a dev store, client store or you created yourself?
