We had the same problem and thought we just needed to update the markets related api, but it looks like we need to update all the Admin APIs to version 2025-04 to fix it!

Hey everyone, and thanks @senabre for adding additional information. As Roberto mentioned, please take a look at our most recent post which aims to provide some clarity around this. If you have updated your app to use Markets and/or Catalogs on 2025-04, the banner will automatically disappear after 7 days. But yes, if you want to remove it manually prior to that, please use the form we have provided.

After seeing the latest post and guidance, we updated our app to align with Markets/Catalogs using API version 2025-04, and the warning banner disappeared automatically within 7 days.
It’s been over a month now, and we haven’t seen any issues since — so this seems to have resolved it for us.

Do you know how I can resolve this?
In fact, I’ve already stopped using the Market API altogether, because since this banner appeared we’ve been losing a lot of customers without reason. I’m hoping this change will solve the issue, but given Shopify’s recent behavior with this issue, I doubt it will. It doesn’t seem like there’s proper automation in place for handling this banner.

I am using Shopify API version 2025-07, but I am still seeing the warning message about unsupported features related to Markets.
I am not using any Markets-related APIs.
I also do not see any deprecated APIs in my dashboard.
Can you please guide me on how to resolve this issue?

There are still no deprecated calls visible in the API health after I upgraded to 2025-04 during the first week of September. I’ve already filled out the form and emailed you, but the banner is still showing. @coleatkinson Please, could you help me?

This banner just started appearing for our app. We don’t use Markets or Catalog APIs at all. I’ve filled out the form and hope to have the banner removed ASAP since this is causing churn.
