Not receiving any email when collaborator request is accepted

After sending a collaborator request and the store accepting it, I didn’t get any email letting me know as we normally used to.

Maybe there’s an issue on Shopify’s end? Or we won’t get notified when it’s accepted now?

This is quite inconvenient because sometimes merchants accept requests without letting us know.

Thanks for flagging this. Just confirming this is a known issue on our end here. The acceptance/decline email notifications stopped working as expected with the rollout of the new collaborator request flow within the Dev Dashboard, and the team is working on a fix. Can’t guarantee a specific timeline, but I’ll loop back here once it’s resolved.

In the meantime you can manually check the status of pending requests under Stores in your Dev Dashboard, though I get that’s not super ideal compared to a passive notification.
