Partners membership not working

My team members are suddenly unable to access anything on my partners’ systems. I have granted access to apps, listing and stores, but it appears blank on the partner accounts with the granted access on my team. Even the account with ownership rights seems blank. On the dev dashboard, I can see the apps, but the listings and stores still do not work. This is so chaotic that our operations have been halted. Please assist asap

Can you provide a bit more detail on this. First, what do you mean by “listings”? And, second, what do you mean by the stores are not working? What are you trying to do that leads you to believe that they are not working?

I mean the access scopes to edit and create public listings. I have granted app and public listings access to my devs and they cannot see it in the partners dashboard, but in the dev dashboard its visible. Same is the case for dev stores.

It does appear that for staff members to view/access the list of apps on the partner dashboard they would need the “View financials” scope too. I’m investigating if this is an intended requirement and will update here asap.

I can confirm that there is an issue on. our side that’s blocking staff member access to view apps. We’re working on a fix currently but in the meantime if the "View financials” scope is added, staff members should be able to view the list of apps.

Okay perfect, same issue for stores, why they not available in the partners dashboard?

Hey sorry for the late response, it is working now. Another issue, although I have granted dev store access to my team members, it is not available to them unless i add them as staff from the store settings itself
