I was recently granted Owner access in Shopify Partners. However, when I try to access the Shopify Dev, it gives me the 403 error. Shouldn’t I have access to the Shopify Dev if I’m already an Owner on Shopify Partners? How to fix this issue?

Can you share some more info about where you’re seeing this error exactly?
Anyone should have access to the fully public Shopify.dev documentation website, partner or not.
If you can please share the URL you’re trying to access, and a full page screenshot of the error, that could help us look into this error further.
