Hello everyone,
I have noticed that several reviews have been removed from my app listings, even though those merchants are still actively using the apps.
It is unclear why these genuine reviews were removed. Shopify should provide more transparency about the new review policy, including the specific reasons reviews are deleted and how developers can appeal incorrect removals.
Has anyone else experienced the same issue?
