SourceName in orderCreate

Hello,

I have tried several times over the past few months to fill out this form (Order Attribution Access Form) in order to be able to set the marketplace in the sourceName field from which an order was created. However, after 2-3 months, I still do not see the “Marketplaces” option in Extensions. I also have not been contacted or received any updates regarding my request.

Also, I have noticed that the form now requires a “ZendDesk ticket” and asks for a request ID. Could you please clarify what is meant by this? Where and how should I get such a ZendDesk request ID?

Could you please advise what I need to do in order to get this enabled?

From digging into this it looks like there is no specific estimated turnaround time provided for these requests. If you have’t received any feedback after completing this form, you’re best option would be to contact Shopify Support directly and ask for your request to be investigated.
